Welcome to the AI Integrations® legal page. This page preserves the combined Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and cookie guidance currently routed from the live site, while presenting it in a cleaner format.
By accessing aiintegrations.tech or using AiVA and related services from AI Integrations®, you acknowledge the practices described here. Customer-specific agreements, order forms, or scoped statements of work may add more specific commercial or operational terms.
AI Integrations® provides AI assistants, onboarding, knowledge ingestion, hosted chatbot experiences, and related custom AI services. Some features are self-serve and others are delivered through a scoped commercial engagement.
You are responsible for the information you provide, the websites or documents you connect, and for using the service in a lawful way. Customers are also responsible for how they configure lead capture, embedded assistants, and any business-specific workflows that depend on the service.
Standard AiVA plans route through third-party billing providers. We generally do not store full payment card details, but we may retain billing contacts, invoice history, subscription status, and payment identifiers supplied by the payment processor.
We may collect information you provide directly, including account details, contact information, company information, credentials, assistant configuration, uploaded files, support communications, and knowledge base content.
Depending on how a customer configures AiVA, we may also collect chat transcripts, lead details submitted by end users, technical metadata such as IP address or device information, usage analytics, browser information, and cookies or similar technologies used for authentication, security, or measurement.
Payments are processed by third-party providers. We generally do not store full payment card details.
We use information to operate the service, authenticate users, deliver chatbot functionality, ingest knowledge sources, provide support, monitor usage, improve reliability, enforce plans and agreements, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We also use information for personalization, service improvements, security monitoring, and communications about service changes, new offerings, or support requests.
We may share information with service providers that help us run the service, including hosting, databases, analytics, support tools, email delivery, payment processors, and AI infrastructure partners. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services and are expected to maintain confidentiality and security safeguards.
We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or legal process, or when needed to protect rights, property, safety, or platform integrity. If AI Integrations® is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, bankruptcy, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. Where laws define 'sale' or 'share' more broadly, individuals may still have rights to opt out of certain processing.
AiVA and other AI-powered tools generate responses based on training data, source content, and learned patterns. While we work to improve quality and relevance, AI responses are probabilistic and should not be treated as infallible.
AI Integrations® cannot guarantee that every response is complete, current, or appropriate for every context. Users should exercise judgment and independently verify important information before relying on it.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to certain uses of your personal information. Colorado residents and individuals in other jurisdictions with similar laws may have additional statutory rights.
If you are an end user interacting with a chatbot deployed by one of our customers, your request may need to be directed to that customer as the controller of the underlying business context.
AI Integrations® uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal and business information, including access controls, encryption in transit where supported, and operational review of how the service is used.
The live site also states that critical backups may be secured offline, that access to sensitive environments is restricted, and that trusted providers may be used for payment, cloud hosting, and AI infrastructure. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
In the event of a suspected or confirmed security incident, we may take response measures that include investigation, mitigation, and notice where required by law.
We retain information as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customers may request deletion of certain data, subject to technical constraints and legal requirements.
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although some cookies are necessary for core functionality.
If information is processed outside your state or country, we take steps designed to protect it consistent with applicable law.
